Country-pop and actor song writer Jana Kramer rose to fame through television, where she was part of the cast on One Tree Hill as Alex during its last three seasons. The actress signed a contract to Elektra Records during this time and dropped the country-rock single "I Won't Go Down" during one episode. The track was later featured on her debut album that was that was released at the end of 2012. It made it to in the Top Five on the Billboard Top Country Albums Chart. As she continued to develop her acting career, she proceeded to be in movies like Heart of the Country 2013 along with Country Crush 2016 and appealed directly her music fans. Kramer's second album Thirty One was released by Warner Music Nashville on October 15th, 2015. It was boosted by Kramer's Top Five country song I Got the Boy and also as a duet performed with Steven Tyler from Aerosmith. The album was able to reach the number three spot at the top of the Billboard 200 country album chart. In September the singer was a part of two weeks on the season 23 of Dancing with the Stars, and finished with a fourth position. The same year, she had a hit adult contemporary song with Straight No Chaser's Feels Like Christmas.
